Rio von Rerik is a stunning 12 month old black German Shepherd girl who still has a lot of puppy in her.  This girl is both sweet and smart but needs some training to bring out the best in her.  She is a pleasure to walk on the leash and it is fun to watch her stop and smell the flowers along the way.  Dogs can be barking excitedly in all the kennels surrounding hers while she will just sit calmly and wag her tail at passers-by.  When you extend your hand to give her a treat, she very gently takes it from your fingers.    Rio will thrive in the hands of an experienced shepherd owner.    She likes to run so hopes that there is a jogger in her future family.
